We want you to love your Kess Berlin beauty products, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure that products are unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original box and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via our portal to the outside of the package.
Drop Off Your Shipment
Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping carrier location and ensure you receive a tracking receipt for your records.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
